Theatre 29
We’re collaborating with the high desert’s premiere theatre company as our primary venue partner at the 29 Queer Film Festival. This intimate, 100 seat theater is the perfect place to experience the 29 Queer Film Festival, with interactive prop exhibits, themed snacks, and a pink carpet.
Out There Bar
A psychedelic desert monument. Desert dive bar in the original A&W Root Beer stand from the 1960's, located at the corner of Highway 62 and National Park Blvd at the north entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. We're not fancy but we're friendly. Everyone is welcome! (21+)
Corner 62
Known as a shopping oasis in Twentynine Palms, Corner 62 is home to a fantastic assortment of shops including Scorpion Lollipop, Hi-Desert Times, Very Very, and Desert General Store. We’ll be showing a special late night screening in their courtyard, under the stars!
Food Vendors
Rasta Taco and Rasta Rita trucks will be on site Friday, September 20th!
I Fall to Pizzas will be providing free slices of pizza at the Willa Justice: Drag Queen Private Eye screening, Saturday, September 21st!
Non-dairy coconut- and oat-milk ice creams and fresh fruit sorbets from Joshua Tree. Nice Dream Ices will be at Theatre 29 on Sunday, September 22nd.
